Sr. Manager Operations, WW Reverse Logistics
Location: San Jose, CA
Responsibilities:
- Manage processes for WW Reverse logistics and warranty, create new standard lead change.
- Ensure efficient operations including inventory management, cost, proper inventory levels and timely customer fulfilment.
- Implement new planning and inventory management systems and tools for spares parts management.
- Provide monthly reports of RMA cost and quality trend summaries.
- Analyze RMA trends and develop improvement plans as needed.
- Determine RMA disposition to recover maximum net value to NETGEAR.
- Develop WW RMA policies and procedures as required.
- Conduct studies on returns to improve process and products.
- Review and sign off on customer contracts for RGM services.
- Ensuring SOX compliancy is adhered to throughout the supply chain.
- Review and approve invoices, expenses against annual budget to ensure financial compliance.
- Open/Close RMA centers as required to support an efficient business model.
- Implement and support in country testing and disposition of warranty returned goods.
- Manage spare parts to minimize the consumption of new products.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Eight (8) years plus experience in reverse logistics in the consumer electronic space, with sales volumes in excess of 10m+ per year. Customer service and inventory management dealing with multiple regions.
- Five (5) years plus experience managing and leading high performance operations teams.
- Experience working with 3rd party logistics suppliers in high tech.
- Experience managing RMA processing, Quality controls, process improvements.
- ISO documentation experience.
- Project management and strong documentation of processes.
- Excellent knowledge of reverse logistics, inventory management and financial systems Oracle, SalesForce.com, SAP, Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel.
